The registration fee is EUR 210 per team and must be transferred not later February 28, via SWIFT to the NNFF.

Please note that the registration fee is not refundable and the amount is netto - the charges are to be covered by the participant (payer).
The accommodation fee or individual fee
You decide how and where you would like to stay. NNFF can offer you two different alternatives for accommodation. Either you stay at school or at a hotel.
The Accommodation Fee or Individual Fee is to be transferred not later March 15, via SWIFT to the NNFF
Please note that the Accommodation or the Individual fee is netto - the charges are to be covered by the participant (payer).
Cancellation fees
The accommodation reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If it is less than 30 days, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the ordered number of persons. No refund will be made in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons within the team does not apply to any cancellation fee in case if it does not exceed 2 persons.
