Mission —

the main strategic objectives

1. Securing equal rights of all members within the Federation, which will ensure protection of coaches', and players' rights, thus triggering the growth of the popularity of floorball, of players' skill, of instructors' proficiency, of the level of organization and staging of tournaments.
2. Establishing contacts with sponsors, search of a mutually agreeable form of interaction with them in organizing and staging tournaments.
3. Running the training process for boys and girls beginning the age of 9, also for the older boys and girls and, finally, adult men and women.
4. Arranging school and club floorball competitions in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the all Russian and traditional (since 1996) OKA-VOLGA CUP international floorball tournaments.
