• We aim to provide every person we deal with, players, coaches, other teams' staffs, partners, spectators, irrespective of their social and financial status, with equal opportunity to realize their in-born and developed abilities in a fair play on the sports grounds.
• We feel responsible for what we are doing.
• We try to be realistic and unprejudiced in viewing the situation and take it as it is. We admit that no one can be guaranteed against a mistake, and we are ready to put things right together, but we do not tolerate malicious intent, biased judging in the referee decision and unfair policy in the organization of tournaments. People who are found guilty of such misconduct are made to leave our Federation.
• Training hall, sport grounds and the adjacent territories are alcohol-and smoking-free zones.

• Each member knows and remembers that they acts for Nizhny Novgorod floorball federation not in the sport hall only. Their appearance, manner of communicating with other people and behavior in different situations should correspond to the high standards of business ethics and universally accepted norms of human intercourse.
• We always carefully consider our members' and partners' opinions. We respect other people's objectives and are open to dialogue. We are trying to make our work a source of satisfaction and joy for everybody.
