All lodgings are within an easy reach from the city center and the sport arena. The accommodation is arranged in the following categories:
The school located right at the sport center Meschera
The whole team stays together in one classroom. All participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mattresses. Each classroom can be locked.
Student hostel of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of State Duty
Centrally located student hostel of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of State Duty. Simple triple, double and single rooms with private facilities. Rooms with apartment system (2 double rooms are sharing a toilet, shower and a little hall).
Hotel Central
The Central hotel is situated on the one of the central squares of Nizhny Novgorod – the Lenin Square. You can see the beautiful sights out of the windows: Oka river falling into the Volga, the Alexander Nevsky’s Cathedral, the Blagoveschensky monastery.
The Lenin Square is a transport center, from which you can easily get to any part of Nizhny Novgorod. The railway station is not far from the hotel.
Tourist class hotel, lodging is provided in multi-bedded rooms (maximum 4 beds), double and single rooms with private facilities.

Arrival assistance (airport transfer for all teams arriving by plane). Teams arriving by plane will be provided free transfer from the airport to their requested lodging (1 per team) in case they specify the exact arrival details 7 days prior arrival at the latest. Additional transfers or return transfers to the airport may be booked separately for EUR 150/per team.
Duration of stay assistance (transfer for the teams which will have accepted one of the lodging alternatives offered by the organizers). The teams will be provided free transfer from the hotel to sport hall to play the match and return. Additional transfers may be booked separately for EUR 275/per team during the whole tournament.
CANCELLATION FEES
The accommodation reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before arrival. If is less the 30 days, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

| 6 – 0 days | 100% of the total amount |
The percentage of the fee will be calculated from the ordered number of persons. No refund will be given in case of a cancellation during the stay. A reduction in the number of persons in the team does not apply to any cancellation fee in case it does not exceed 2 persons.
